Anthony Lucaj joined SF Capital as a VP of loan Origination. Anthony is responsible for the structuring and execution of all forms of debt and equity requirements including debt financing, mezzanine financing, preferred equity, and joint venture equity, across a range of asset classes.

Prior to joining, Anthony was an Associate with Q10 Lutz Financial Services, a privately held mortgage banking firm in Birmingham, Michigan. Anthony assisted in underwriting, and structuring debt and equity transactions of all asset types.

Anthony began his commercial real estate career as an Associate in Mohr Partners’ Detroit office. Anthony concentrated his real estate efforts in corporate real estate consulting, representing mid-cap clients in negotiating lease restructures/renewals, sale-leasebacks, and build-to-suit requirements.

Anthony attended the Mike Ilitch School of Business, where he received a B.A. in Finance and is licensed real estate broker in the State of Michigan.
