Tony Talerico brings 38 years of professional experience, predominantly focused on commercial mortgage banking to SF Capital having been involved in over $4 Billion of commercial mortgage financings and over 1,000 closed transactions.  Tony is well versed in all property types (retail, office, apartments, industrial, hospitality and senior housing) and structuring deals for permanent, acquisition or construction financing.  His prior experience includes investment sales brokerage and leasing, providing clients with a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Over the years, Tony has refined his expertise in various facets of commercial lending, seamlessly navigating through origination, underwriting, closing, and servicing loans.
